This is a strategic, hands-on architecture role where you'll design intelligent agents that automate and enhance retail banking operations , including: Loan Servicing Collections Customer Onboarding Payments Customer Engagement Credit Decisioning Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture for Agentic AI transformation across retail banking. Design AI-powered intelligent agents and knowledge bases integrated with Finacle , CRM Next , and credit scoring systems. Lead business process discovery, author BRDs, and define future-state architecture. Design scalable API integrations, orchestration workflows, and enterprise application architecture. Build AI-enabled banking solutions using LLM Agents , RAG , LangChain , AutoGen , and multi-agent orchestration. Collaborate with Product, Business, AI Engineering, Compliance, and Technology teams. Define validation frameworks, governance, explainability, and RBI-compliant AI architectures. Required Skills 10+ years of Application / Solution Architecture experience 5+ years in Retail Banking / BFSI Strong expertise in: Finacle Core Banking CRM Next Credit Card Scoring Systems REST APIs & Event-Driven Architecture Enterprise Integration TOGAF / ArchiMate / C4 Model Preferred Skills Agentic AI Architecture Large Language Models (LLMs) LangChain / AutoGen RAG Pipelines Vector Databases Knowledge Base Design MuleSoft / Kafka / IBM MQ AWS / Azure TOGAF Certification RBI, PCI-DSS & Banking Compliance Why Join Lead one of the most exciting Agentic AI transformation initiatives in Indian banking.
