ServiceNow Admin and Developer

Job Description: ServiceNow Platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture. Ideation, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow collecting requirements, writing implementation plans, creating workflows, writing JavaScript, customizing the UI, and managing groups roles. Manage ServiceNow instances (dev, test, prod), including the upgrade process and promotion of changes between environments. Coordinate with other ServiceNow resources to define development standards and processes to promote code changes within the instances. Utilize web services (SOAP and REST), email, and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party systems with ServiceNow. Automation of processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and other relevant modules and technologies, as well as managing data using ETL between ServiceNow and other systems. Analyze user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows. Proficient in JavaScript, and HTML. Development of reports, views, and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools/processes. Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
