Job Summary We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js or Vue.js. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in backend and frontend development, and must possess strong English communication skills to effectively collaborate with our global clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Node.js, and React.js/Vue.js. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js. - Create responsive, dynamic UIs using modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue). - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and other developers. - Participate in client meetings and clearly communicate technical concepts. - Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing. - Debug and resolve performance and scalability issues Key Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using MERN stack. - Strong backend development skills in Node.js and Express.js. - Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js (React preferred). - Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. - Valuable working knowledge of MongoDB and REST API integration. - Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. - Experience with Git and collaborative development tools. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
