Role Overview We are seeking a ServiceNow App Engine Developer to design, develop, and support custom applications built on the ServiceNow App Engine platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building workflows, forms, integrations, and business applications using ServiceNow low-code and pro-code capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. - Configure and customize forms, tables, workflows, portals, and user experiences. - Build workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. - Develop client-side and server-side scripting solutions. - Create and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs. - Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. - Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support. - Create technical documentation and knowledge articles. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and project teams to deliver quality solutions. - Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards. Required Skills - 56 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow App Engine development experience. - Strong experience with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, UI Builder, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications. - Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. - Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
