Tech Lead OutSystems

Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform Define solution architecture aligned with modern cloud-native and microservices-based frameworks Mentor and guide a team of OutSystems developers through all phases of development from requirements to deployment Integrate OutSystems applications with APIs, external systems, and enterprise services using modern integration patterns Ensure adherence to coding best practices, architectural standards, and deployment guidelines Manage performance optimization, scalability, and security for applications Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth CI/CD and release management Stay updated on new OutSystems features, updates, and platform evolution, and guide the team on adoption and best practices Requirements 5+ years of total software development experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on OutSystems experience Proven experience working with OutSystems pipelines, deployments, and architecture Strong understanding of Reactive Web Apps, Mobile Apps, and cloud-based application infrastructure Solid command of OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Builder, and other OutSystems development tools Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data modeling, and external integrations Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based versioning, and DevOps automation Experience in leading development teams and reviewing solutions for performance, reusability, and scalability Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills OutSystems Professional or Tech Lead certification is preferred What are we searching for We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and delivering scalable low-code solutions using the OutSystems platform The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, implementation, and end-to-end delivery, combining leadership, architecture, and hands-on development skills
