Implementation Specialist- ServiceNow (Thane)

Key Skills Requirement gathering & Solution Design ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration ServiceNow Integration Customization & Development Support & Troubleshooting Continuous Improvement Skills & Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements. Design solutions that meet industry best practices and align with business processes. Implement and configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules on the ServiceNow platform. Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI policies, business rules, and workflows, to align with client needs. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications. Promote ITIL and ServiceNow best practices in process implementation and solution design. Provide recommendations for process automation, incident reduction, and resource optimization. Develop and execute test plans, document configuration changes, and provide end-user training. Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations. 4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. Strong experience in designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow workflows and processes. Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and experience in REST/SOAP integrations. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices. Proficiency in developing ServiceNow custom applications and integrations. Knowledge of asset management, CMDB, and discovery tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders and team members. Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment. Location: Thane, India Qualification: BE./B.Tech/BCS/BCA/Bsc.IT or Masters Degree in Computers/Information Technology Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM certification preferred).
