RPA Developer

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and document functional requirements for automation opportunities. Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify suitable candidates for automation, preparing detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs). Understand the customer’s business requirements and objectives for automation solutions, analyzing complex business processes to identify automation opportunities, and working closely with business analysts to refine solution designs. Ensure clear communication of process requirements across teams and conduct RPA opportunity assessments to prioritize processes for automation, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Create, configure, and maintain RPA bots using Blue Prism to automate repetitive tasks. Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable RPA solutions that meet business requirements. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites in USA is required.
