About the role
Greetings from nhance Consulting Engineers ! We intend to consider your profile for the opportunity of Lead BIM Engineer to be based at our Hyderabad office Role Accountabilities: Produce, detail, and verify BIM models and highway drawings (2D/3D), including General arrangements, Plan & profile, cross-sections, standard details, Site Clearance, corridors for highway projects both 2D and 3D independently. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with CAD/BIM standards and project requirements. Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design challenges and ensure the integrity of the overall design. Engage proactively with project teams, building strong professional relationships. Liaise with design professionals and BIM Coordinators, ensuring effective communication and feedback. Adhere to BIM Execution Plans, project workflows, and content standards. Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D/OpenRoads, and CDE platforms Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assist junior staff when required. Maintain high standards of safety, sustainability, and compliance Support knowledge sharing, upskilling, and continuous learning within the team. Qualifications & Experience: BE Civil from a recognized University. 8+ years relevant experience.
