Assistant Manager-Installation

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager-Installation to support and oversee elevator installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in planning, execution, and completion of installation activities while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing elevator installation projects from start to completion. Support in developing project schedules, timelines, and resource planning. Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for smooth execution of work. Ensure proper installation as per technical specifications, drawings, and industry standards. Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and identify potential issues. Assist in resolving technical challenges during installation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at project sites. Conduct safety briefings and promote a safe working environment. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders for updates and issue resolution. Support in managing materials, tools, and equipment required for installation. Maintain proper documentation including installation reports, checklists, and handover documents. Assist in final inspection and project handover to the service team. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in elevator installation, with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of elevator installation processes, systems, and safety standards. Basic project management and coordination skills. Good leadership and team handling capabilities.
