Developing and implementing safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Evaluating the performance of production equipment and making recommendations for maintenance or replacement. Providing technical support to production teams and resolving production-related issues. In-depth knowledge of production processes and equipment. Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
