About the role
The Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure & Security will be responsible for designing, managing, and securing the organization's IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role will lead infrastructure operations, cybersecurity initiatives, technology projects, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, people management skills, and experience in building secure and resilient technology environments. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, databases, and end-user computing. Manage hybrid environments including on-premises servers / Overall IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of business-critical systems. Oversee infrastructure capacity planning and technology refresh initiatives. Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, and operating procedures. Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy and roadmap. Manage security operations including: 1.Identity & Access Management (IAM) 2.Endpoint Security 3.SIEM Monitoring 4.Network Security 5.Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) 6.Incident Response 7.Security Awareness Programs Lead risk assessments and security audits. Ensure timely remediation of security vulnerabilities and threats. Establish and monitor security controls aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree (preferred). Professional certifications such as: oCISSP oCISM oCCNP/CCIE oMicrosoft Azure Administrator/Security Certifications oAWS Security Certifications oITIL Foundation or higher .
