About the role
Permanent Work From Home 6PM - 3AM (US Shift) Qualifications Strong proficiency in HubSpot development, including CRM configuration, CMS development (templates, modules, themes), and marketing automation workflows. Experience integrating HubSpot with other platforms using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools; familiarity with CRM ecosystems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive is beneficial. Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with skills in process mapping, data modeling, and workflow optimization. Comfort working in remote, collaborative environments, with clear written and verbal communication and strong documentation practices. Experience in sales and marketing operations, revenue operations (RevOps), or B2B SaaS environments is a plus. Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing, and deployment best practices for marketing and CRM platforms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS Developer, Marketing Software, CRM Implementation) or a demonstrated track record of successful HubSpot projects.
