Job Description Description: As a Data Operations Analyst II (Survey Programming), you will own the end-to-end survey lifecycle-from initial script development to data delivery. Utilizing SurveyToGo platform, you will program, debug, and maintain complex questionnaires based on inputs from the Research Team. This highly collaborative role bridges technical survey development, rigorous quality assurance, and direct stakeholder communication. You will closely liaise with project managers and researchers to understand their accurate requirements, program surveys to their exact specifications, and proactively resolve any technical issues encountered during fieldwork. .
