About the role
Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Skills: ITOM, CSM, GRC & IRM Experience: 10 - 17 years Locations: Greater Noida, Pune & Bengaluru We at Coforge are hiring ServiceNow Architects with the following skillset: Responsible for designing & implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Collaborating with cross - functional teams to understand business requirements & translating them into scalable, efficient, and sustainable ServiceNow configurations. Solution Design: Develop & design technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet business requirements and follow best practices. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership & guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic recommendations & ensure alignment with business objectives. Documentation: Create & maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and implementation guides. Integration: Propose & implement integrations with other systems and tools as needed. Governance: Participate in & establish technical governance processes to ensure the quality and consistency of ServiceNow implementations. Performance Management: Monitor & optimize the performance of ServiceNow instances, proposing improvements to enhance the end-user experience. Mentorship: Guide & mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ITIL Foundation ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM) ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional) Required Skills & Experience: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions & ITIL processes. Experience in designing & implementing ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment. Strong analytical skills to identify problems & recommend effective solutions. Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in architecting & deploying large - scale ServiceNow implementations.
