Software Tester

As a Software Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: - Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC). - Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities, including leveraging AI tools for test case generation and optimization. - Execute all test cases and report defects, defining the severity and priority for each one, with exposure to AI-based defect prediction and analysis tools. - Conduct regression testing whenever changes are made to the code to identify and fix defects, utilizing AI-driven regression testing and impact analysis. - Implement manual and automation testing for both web and mobile applications, with familiarity in AI-powered test automation tools (self-healing scripts, smart locators). - Experience with Selenium is an added advantage. - Experience working in Agile project implementations. - Strong ability to work independently. - Experience in API testing, with an understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles, along with exposure to AI-assisted API testing tools. - Good to have experience in software development to build and use automation frameworks for testing APIs/Web Services. - Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing (e.g., test optimization, predictive analytics, intelligent test execution). - Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, test intelligence platforms, or similar tools to improve testing productivity and documentation.
