Technical Tasks and Surveying Setting out, leveling, and surveying the build site. Checking technical designs, quantities and drawings for accuracy. Resolving technical difficulties and providing on-the-spot solutions. Supervision and Quality Control Overseeing daily construction work and inspecting materials. Ensuring building tasks match approved blueprints and specifications. Enforcing strict health and safety rules across the crew. Management and Communication Coordinating with project managers, architects, and suppliers. Managing site resources, equipment, and labor force. Writing daily progress logs, reports, and updating documentation.
