About the role
Who you are: Passionate about software development for e-commerce platforms to support our rapidly growing DTC business. As the frontend Developer, you will provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, and implementation of systems software; write technical documentation, and collaborate with other team members offering ideas and best practices. You need to keep up with fast paced changes in terms of coding, newer technology, frameworks, security and maintenance. Most importantly, this role is for someone who is hands-on, an idea-generator, passionate, loves problem-solving, quick learner and wants to have a major impact on our success. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and optimize high-quality, mobile-first responsive web applications. Optimize graphics and page speed for enhanced user experience Check for brand consistency across the website Perform timely functional testing of core website elements Develop features to make websites mobile-friendly Create tools that enhance user interaction in any browser Implement on-site search engine optimization (SEO) Develop features to enhance the users experience Build reusable code for future use Job Qualifications: Have a degree in Computer Science or similar field Be proficient in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery Understand server-side CSS. Understand the principles of SEO Have excellent skills in problem-solving Have good interpersonal skills Location This role will be based in our Ahmedabad office.
