Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions. Required Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Basic knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, and documentation tools.
