Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models for automotive applications. Perform MIL (Model-in-the-Loop) and support SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) testing activities for model validation. Translate system requirements into functional models and simulation logic. Analyze existing models, identify gaps, and implement improvements. Support auto code generation and basic embedded software integration activities. Perform debugging and validation of control algorithms through simulation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (System, Software, Validation) for integration and testing. Prepare technical documentation, test cases, and validation reports. Software Division is looking for a high-potential Model-Based Design Engineer to support the development of automotive embedded systems using Model-Based Development (MBD) methodologies. The role requires hands-on experience in MATLAB/Simulink-based modeling and validation, with exposure to automotive control systems and embedded software development lifecycle. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in: 1-3 years of MATLAB & Simulink (mandatory) Basic working knowledge of: Stateflow modeling Model-Based Development lifecycle Understanding of: Automotive systems (ECU, control logic, vehicle functions) Embedded systems fundamentals Exposure to: MIL/SIL/HIL testing methodologies Basic programming knowledge in C/C++ (preferred) Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
