About the role

Role Overview: - Lead the design and development of scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions to support Finance operations. - Build and manage data transformations using dbt. - Architect and optimize Snowflake data platforms for performance and cost efficiency. - Develop ingestion and orchestration workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF). - Build automation for data processing and pipeline logic using Python. - Enable analytics and reporting through optimized Power BI data models. - Partner with business and analytics teams to convert requirements into scalable solutions. - Collaborate with teams across different time zones and drive delivery. - Mentor and manage a team of data engineers, setting best practices and engineering standards. - Support AI initiatives by enabling high-quality analytics-ready datasets. Qualifications: - 10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform roles. - Strong hands-on expertise in dbt, Snowflake, and ADF. - Proficient in Python programming for data engineering and automation. - Advanced SQL and data modeling skills. - Experience with Power BI data modeling. - Exposure to AI data use cases.
