As a Senior Security Architect at NIQ, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing security controls for AI ML systems across the enterprise. Reporting to the AI Security Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the AI ML systems are secure, compliant, and resilient. Your deep expertise in cybersecurity will be combined with a strong understanding of AI development lifecycles to safeguard the systems effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Define and evolve security architecture principles for AI ML systems, including GenAI and agentic AI applications. - Design security controls for AI ML systems in alignment with Cyber Security standards. - Assess the implementation of security controls on AI ML systems end to end. - Conduct AI-specific threat modeling and risk assessments across AI assets (e.g., MAESTRO). - Identify and provide solutions to mitigate risks such as model inversion, data poisoning, prompt injection, and adversarial attacks. - Lead red teaming and penetration testing efforts for AI systems. - Collaborate with legal, privacy, and procurement teams to ensure AI systems meet internal and external compliance standards (e.g., NIST, AI RMF, ISO, IEC 42001). - Provide guidance and training to engineering and data science teams on secure AI development practices. Qualifications: - Proven experience in cybersecurity controls, with a focus on AI ML systems. - Deep understanding of AI ML development workflows, including MLOps, model lifecycle, and data governance. - Familiarity with AI-specific threats and mitigations (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs). - Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI). - Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, OSCP, or equivalent are desirable but not required. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, adaptability, and a growth mindset skills.
