Salesforce Apex Architect Integration & Implementation Experience: 10+ Years Location: Bhubnaeswar / Hyderabad Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Apex Architect to lead the architecture, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce Apex development, enterprise integration, solution architecture, and large-scale implementation programs. Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, and Loyalty platforms is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Architect, design, and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. - Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Platform Events, OAuth, and event-driven architectures. - Build and manage integrations through middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or equivalent integration technologies. - Define architecture standards, development best practices, coding guidelines, security models, and governance frameworks across Salesforce implementations. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Drive code reviews, application performance optimization, CI/CD adoption, DevOps best practices, and release management. - Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, security, and compliance with Salesforce platform best practices. Required Skills & Experience - 10+ years of software development experience, including 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development. - Strong expertise in: - Apex Programming - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Visualforce - SOQL & SOSL - Salesforce DX - Extensive experience in enterprise integrations using: - REST APIs - SOAP Web Services - OAuth - Platform Events - Event-driven architecture - Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware solutions. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing rules, governor limits, and platform governance. - Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives. - Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills. Preferred Experience - Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, or Loyalty platforms and integration services. - Exposure to Salesforce products including: - Einstein AI - Agentforce - Experience Cloud - Experience implementing DevOps practices using Git, Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar CI/CD tools. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
