Responsibilities: System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) Manage Active Directory, including user and group administration, policy creation, and security settings Configure and manage file servers, print servers, and other network services Implement and maintain system security policies and procedures Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Virtualization: Manage and optimize virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware) Create and manage virtual machines and templates Perform VM migration, cloning, and backup/restore operations Scripting and Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency Utilize scripting to streamline system administration and deployment processes Security: Implement and enforce security best practices, including regular patching, vulnerability scanning, and security audits Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Windows Server, Active Directory, and other infrastructure components Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in Windows Server administration Robust knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) Proficiency in PowerShell scripting Understanding of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certifications (MCSA, MCSE) preferred Job Type: Permanent Compensation: 1,000,000.00 - 1,200,000.00 per year Schedule: - Day shift Experience: - total work: 6 years (required) - Wintel admin, LAN, WAN, Windows: 6 years (required) Work Location: In person .
