As an Associate Business Analyst at NITS, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business users and the software development team. Your responsibilities will include gathering software requirements and business rules, ensuring alignment with the development team, and converting stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables such as Technical Specifications, Use-cases, User Stories, and Workflow/Process Diagrams. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Managing multiple tasks and projects in a cross-functional and global environment. - Gathering Business and Technical Environments to understand application scope. - Working collaboratively in a team environment. - Documenting product backlog, BRD, Use Case documentation, Screen Mock-ups, Handbooks, etc. - Collaborating with technical resources to provide solutions aligned with business objectives. - Incorporating industry best practices, standards, and methodologies in project artifacts. - Demonstrating broad knowledge and passion for digital technology. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (in any stream). Masters Preferred. - Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience preferred. - Experience with end-to-end Software development life cycle (SDLC) and at least one SDLC Methodology process. - Minimum of 2 years industry experience with enterprise Oracle environments, SQL databases, extraction tools, and data mapping tools. - Excellent written and communication skills to interact with business end users. - Ability to develop and deliver presentations. - Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills. In terms of skills, the following are essential: - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. - Knowledge of various technologies and the ability to manage technology integration. - Experience with MS Office Tools and Oracle Database. Desirable skills include: - Business Analyst certification programs or Domain Certification. - Experience in creating BRD, Product Backlog, Technical Specifications, Handbooks. - Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. - Proactive self-starter with high productivity. - Flexibility and effectiveness in multi-tasking. - Ability to establish positive relationships with technical staff and key stakeholders. - Strong analytical abilities to support decision-making processes.
