Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role Description: - To On-board & providing quality servicing to Intermediary
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Addressing and resolving requested service inquiries.
Conducting quality checks on documents submitted for intermediary on-boarding.
Responding to emails and providing quality assistance to branch offices to resolve their queries.
Creating MIS reports and dashboards as needed.
Performing additional tasks as assigned based on business needs
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
