Lead the planning and design of custom modules, complex migrations, and API integrations. Establish technical best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization strategies for the development team. Make high-level technology decisions regarding the use of the Odoo framework, ORM, and PostgreSQL. Architect security models, data governance, and system access controls. Oversee code reviews, troubleshoot deep technical issues, and ensure the technical solution is robust and maintainable. Plan and lead version upgrades and data migration strategies.
