Degree : Bachelor of Information Technology - BIT | Bachelor of Computer Science - BCS | Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology - PGDIT
Required Knowledge : Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

Primary Responsibility : Take backups, monitor anti-virus software patches.
Daily Monitoring of IT Help Desk of his location and do analysis and create strategy to reduce the calls.
IT Infrastructure project rollout assigned by Corporate IT.
