As a Senior Product Manager, your focus will be on driving strategy for Oktas developer products, such as open source management SDKs and Command line interfaces. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive developer product strategies aligned with the company's business goals and industry trends. - Collaborate across teams to ensure successful launch and adoption of developer products and platform features. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for product innovation and prioritization. - Define product requirements and communicate them to engineering teams. - Establish metrics for developer and customer success related to platform feature adoption and user experience. - Stay updated on industry trends for innovation and competitive differentiation. Qualifications Required: - 5 years of Product Management experience focusing on building Platforms and/or Developer Tools. - BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field. - Functional leadership experience. - Go-to-market experience in B2B SaaS. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated business results from shipped products. - Experience in developing and driving strategies across an organization. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for Okta's growth potential and eagerness to learn across business and technical contexts.
