This role focuses on improving operational efficiency and performance by coaching teams on best practices, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement methods. Day-to-day responsibilities include observing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing practical solutions to enhance productivity and quality. The Operations Coach will conduct training sessions, support new process rollouts, and provide ongoing guidance to team members and supervisors. The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing reports, and collaborating with management to ensure operational goals are met and sustained. Qualifications Strong operational analysis and process improvement skills, with the ability to map workflows and identify areas for optimization.Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring teams, with effective facilitation and feedback skills.Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including creating standard operating procedures and performance summaries.Solid organizational and time management abilities to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple operational tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences.Comfort working on-site in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative mindset and a focus on practical solutions.Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, or service delivery environments is an advantage.Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is beneficial.
