Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics Consultant who will play a pivotal role in advancing People Analytics capabilities and supporting key People Operations processes. This role combines analytical expertise, HR technology knowledge, and operational excellence to help create a data-driven, employee-centric HR function. You will partner closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and global teams to develop workforce insights, improve HR processes, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decision-making. Location: Bengaluru, India Department: Human Resources - Technology Insights / Rewards People Operations Experience: 5-8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Lead People Analytics and Workforce Analytics initiatives to deliver actionable insights that support strategic business and talent decisions. Design and maintain executive-level Dashboards, KPI Reporting, and Management Information Systems (MIS) using Power BI, and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot). Perform trend analysis to identify organizational improvement opportunities. Create compelling Data Visualizations and leverage Data Storytelling techniques to translate complex HR data into strategic business recommendations. Ensure strong HR data governance, data quality, reporting accuracy, and data integrity across HR systems and databases. Leverage HRIS, Cornerstone, Business Intelligence, Data Modelling, and AI-enabled analytics to build scalable, insight-driven reporting solutions. Deliver executive-level presentations and Executive Reporting packs for leadership, business leaders, and HR leadership teams. People Operations Process Excellence. Strengthen end-to-end employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, payroll governance, statutory compliance, benefits administration, and offboarding processes. Enhance HR Operational Effectiveness and Service Delivery Excellence through process redesign, workflow optimization, governance controls, and the use of technology and automation tools such as Power Automate, HR systems, and workflow solutions. Leverage a strong understanding of labour laws, payroll governance, statutory frameworks, employee benefits, and HR policies to design scalable, efficient, and well-controlled People Operations processes. Qualifications Education: Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HR Operations, HR Technology, or Workforce Planning. Experience working in a global or multinational environment is preferred. Strong exposure to HR data management and reporting. Technical Skills Power BI Power Query Power Pivot Microsoft Excel HRIS Data Governance Data Modelling Automation AI-enabled HR solutions Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and consulting capability. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in data storytelling and translating complex data insights into business recommendations. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to due diligence. Effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely completion. Curious and actively seek ways to improve and automate work processes and service delivery. Possess a positive can-do attitude and take great ownership of tasks. Self-starter who can work independently while also being an active team player.
