Lead UI/UX Designer

As a strong product design lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in defining and leading the product experience across all our surfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users - Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches, wireframes, and visual design - Shape the product strategy and vision by taking ownership and providing valuable input - Visualize and prototype ideas quickly to effectively communicate design concepts - Create functional prototypes to validate and test designs - Participate in user research and testing to gather valuable insights - Identify and implement unique and innovative solutions to problems - Maintain visual and brand consistency across all products and outlets Qualifications Required: - 4-7 years of experience in fast-paced creative environments - Ability to prioritize research and design improvement opportunities in a rapidly changing environment - Skilled storyteller and 'conceptor' with a track record of developing concepts that delight customers and drive business results - Exceptional product design skills with strong strategic and conceptual thinking abilities - Compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work and deep design thinking - Strong information presentation skills, both visual and written - Broad cultural reference points - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch At our company, you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging environment with passionate individuals.
