5G NR UE Layer 2 and Layer 3 Developer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. 3 years of experience in developing and optimizing Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols for 4G/5G UE. Strong programming skills in C/C++ for real-time and embedded systems. In-depth knowledge of 3GPP 4G/5G UE protocols, specifically L2 (MAC/RLC/PDCP) and L3 (RRC/NAS). Experience with debugging tools like Wireshark, QXDM, and UE log analyzers. Familiarity with RTOS/Linux-based development and multi-threaded programming. Preferred: Knowledge of 5G SA/NSA network architectures and PHY-MAC interactions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
