The 1830 PSS DCE 4LS Customer Support team provides primary Global R&D level support, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving 1830 customer problems, with engineers expected to be leading experts in 1830 WDM products and technology, including optical transmission, coherent transponders, control/management software, and OTN switching; Nokia is actively seeking highly motivated and experienced engineer to support both hyper-scaler and communications service-provider customers in this rapidly growing market.
