Shift lead for level 1 fault management Engineer for TX & IP – is responsible to perform remote provisioning and fault management of network elements, activation and termination of features, coordination and dispatching the field resources necessary to fulfill such changes on site, performs or supervises routine moves, additions, changes and deletions.
