We are hiring an experienced L2 Network Support Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in enterprise networking environments. Key Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Cisco Routing & Switching (Mandatory) Expertise in Aruba & Cisco Wireless (WiFi) (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP Experience with Firewalls: Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point, Cisco ASA Exposure to F5 Load Balancer, Citrix NetScaler, Netskope, Radware Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies (Fortinet, Cisco Catalyst, VMware VeloCloud) Excellent troubleshooting skills in multi-vendor network environments Experience in incident management and 24x7 support operations Location: Chennai Experience: 5 to 10 Years Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office Shift: Rotational Shifts (24x7) Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred .
