About the role
Advanced knowledge of telecommunication systems 4G/5G and 3GPP standard Advanced knowledge of telecom protocols, IP and networking Broad experience in verification in following areas: Call processing – Basic call processing functionality knowledge with data transfers, SMS, VoLTE, VoNR and CA UE and UE simulators – Use of Channel emulators, QXDM, Viavi, fading profiles, debug capabilities with QXDM, TTI, IQ, EMIL, Syslogs
Proficient/Experienced in embedded software testing, including manual and automated methodologies. Knowledge/Familiarity with debugging tools for embedded systems and IP networks. Experience in creating, reviewing and executing test plans. Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in embedded systems. Strong command/Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, bash) for test automation and debugging Knowledge of other test related tools: RAIN, DCAP Other tools: Linux user, GIT Teamwork skills Analytical thinking Very good communication skills in English - both verbal and written Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject Readiness to work in a hybrid mode (Nokia Kraków office) is a must
