About the role
Join as a Product Line Manager (Voice) in the NI FN BBD ONT-WiFi Business Line team. Handle customer RFQs for voice products, conducting requirement analysis and solution definition. Advocate for customers, analyzing and managing critical issues with a focus on performance and time-to-market targets. Provide technical consultation to development teams on VoIP/SIP features and enhancements. Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams, including NPI, Care, and BU (R&D SW/HW, PLM). Ensure a deep understanding of customer network topology and end-to-end solutions. Key Skills And Experience Bachelor's degree or above in telecommunication, electronics engineering, computer science, or a related field with 10+ years of experience Experience in Access Products, Fiber (ONT and Beacon CPE, GPON/XGS PON), and BBD Voice product portfolio is an asset.
