Senior IT Technical Analyst

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Application Product E2E System Testing & Quality Engineering, your role focuses on ensuring the high-quality delivery of products using Open Source K8s, RHEL OpenShift, and Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google). You will be responsible for end-to-end testing, test automation, and contributing to performance improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead application product testing across multiple platforms, including Open Source K8s, RHEL OpenShift, and Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, Google). - Contribute to test automation efforts using Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium, including script writing, failure analysis, and debugging. - Build working relationships with Product Management, Architecture, Development, and Project Management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Initiate and contribute to performance improvement initiatives, ensuring that the application products meet performance benchmarks. - Stay at the forefront of new technologies, including Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV, and Cloud solutions, to continuously improve testing practices and solutions. - Drive product quality by identifying testing improvements and focusing on the overall software development and testing lifecycles. - Work effectively with multi-site teams, handling customer queries and contributing to timely and high-quality project deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering stream with 8+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Robot Framework, Python, and Selenium for writing test scripts and analyzing automation failures. - Deep understanding of Open Source Kubernetes, RHEL OpenShift, Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, Google), and containerized environments. - Extensive experience in application product E2E system testing within Networking, EMS/NMS, and Telecom domains. - Hands-on experience with performance testing tools and techniques to ensure the scalability and efficiency of applications. It would be nice if you also had: - Understanding of security testing methodologies and the ability to identify vulnerabilities in cloud-based applications. - Deeper knowledge of telecom protocols and network management practices for better test scenario creation and execution.
