About the role
As a Sr. Product Test Capability Engineer at Nokia in Allentown, PA, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing test plans for our cutting-edge coherent pluggable products utilizing Photonics Integrated Circuits (PICs). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish testability requirements, analyze validation results, and enhance test throughput. Your expertise in data analytics, optical communications, and statistical modeling will be key in driving test yield improvements while supporting the introduction of new changes to our manufacturing processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact technology advancements within a dynamic team environment. We are looking for recent or upcoming graduates (MS or PhD) in Physics, Optics, or Data Science for this role.
