About the role
Retains technical and design knowledge for assigned products and technologies and provides training to the lower support teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3). Must Have Skills: . Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent with 8+ years of Development experience in L2 L3(L3 Fwd,Routing,MPLS,Mcast) including Ethernet,VLAN,and Carrier Ethernet.
