Key Responsibilities: - Create system designs including HLD and LLDs, logical architecture, data flow, deployment architecture, and sequence diagrams to develop technical solutions for business problems - Write high-quality design documents and solution blueprints, present them in customer meetings, and collaborate with Engineers to drive effective technical design and strategies - Implement architectural changes to address scaling and performance challenges, providing hands-on technical leadership to deliver viable solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements - Ensure engineering excellence and operational readiness of services, overseeing microservices for quality, security, availability, scalability, and other aspects - Debug production issues effectively using APM tools, triage incidents, resolve system stability issues, and improve application quality and performance - Mentor and provide advice to team members, establish best practices for software development, and drive engineering practices and automation - Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and provide engineering support to operational teams - Bring modern tools based on AI/Gen AI to improve productivity, help team members adopt AI technologies, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the organization Qualifications Required: - Minimum 15 years of hands-on coding experience with proficiency in Java/Go for backend development and React/native app development for frontend - Strong design and architectural experience in building highly-scalable products on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, GCP - Experience in system design, logical and deployment architectures, and creating HLD and LLD documents - Proven experience in debugging production issues and interpreting APM tools like New Relic/Datadog/Dynatrace - Hands-on experience in coding, debugging, and deploying applications in production with uptime >99.9% - Strong expertise in database choices, RDBMS, NoSQL, RESTful, grpc, graphql, websockets, caches like Redis, messaging systems like Kafka, IaC tools, CI/CD tools, AI, and GenAI in SDLC and operations - Understanding of SDLC activities, ability to mentor team members, collaborate with product teams and managers - Experience in product-based environments, microservices development, Kubernetes, Docker, Domain driven development, and telecom domain is advantageous - Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
