Role Overview: As a Process Engineer, your main responsibility will be to monitor and optimize plant process performance to ensure safe and efficient operations. You will be required to prepare and review process engineering documents such as PFDs, P&IDs;, process calculations, equipment sizing, and operating procedures. Additionally, you will support commissioning, troubleshooting, and plant startup/shutdown activities, perform process simulations, and evaluate process improvements for productivity and energy efficiency. Your role will also involve coordinating with production, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operation while ensuring compliance with process safety standards, HSE guidelines, and quality requirements. You will be expected to analyze operational data, identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction, support root cause analysis, and assist in vendor discussions, technical evaluations, and project execution activities. Maintaining proper engineering documentation and reports will also be part of your responsibilities.
