Senior Scientific Officer

Senior Scientific Officer Key Responsibilities Conduct research, testing, and characterization of polymers, plastics, composites, and textile-related polymeric materials. •Take classes of engineering college and involved in training program. •Develop and optimize polymer formulations for textile and technical textile applications. •Possess sound knowledge of melt spinning processes, particularly polyester, nylon, and polypropylene (PP). •Evaluate material performance using advanced characterization techniques and relevant national and international testing standards. •Participate in R&D projects, industrial consultancy, technology development, and product innovation. • Essential Qualification Master's Degree / M.Tech. in Polymer Technology, Polymer Science, Plastics Technology, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline. •Desirable Qualification •Knowledge and experience in the application of polymers in textiles and technical textiles. •Experience in polymer processing, characterization, and advanced material development. Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a polymer industry, research institute, academic institution, or R&D organization. Strong understanding of polymer characterization techniques, material testing, and analytical methods.
