Manager, Infra Testing

Lead infrastructure quality assurance across all towers and components, instilling best practices and robust testing methodologies. Manage, mentor, and coordinate team leads to assure consistent quality and performance across local and offshore teams. Represent infrastructure operations in incident and change management meetings, advocating for proactive risk mitigation, root cause analysis, and process improvement. Collaborate with Application representatives and business stakeholders to ensure seamless User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Assurance, integrating automation and optimization. Leverage ITIL and SDLC processes to drive change management, incident management, and problem management, safeguarding production stability and client impact. Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for infrastructure testing and support, acquiring and building out effective testing scripts and frameworks. Assess potential risks and impacts, proactively developing solutions in partnership with IT and business teams. Ensure all quality gates are met prior to go-live, maintaining operational readiness before start of business. Optimize resource allocation, including vendor management and utilization of a 24x7, three-shift operations model. Oversee daily operational activities and provide supervision for assigned personnel, including undertaking formal management duties. Perform risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems essential for sustained business continuity during disruptions. Evaluate design documentation, establish project timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure projects are completed punctually and within budget constraints. Develop test strategies, define processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, plan and manage testing cycles, facilitate resource identification and onboarding, prepare budget forecasts, resolve issues, provide coaching or mentoring for new teams, and deliver comprehensive status reports and test data preparation across all phases of testing. Act as a key subject matter expert, offering mentorship and guidance to junior colleagues. Continuously review and refine operational procedures, fostering innovation and efficiency across infrastructure domains.
