QA Lead Job Description: QualityTech is seeking an experienced QA Lead to oversee our software testing efforts and ensure the quality of our products. The QA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of testers, developing test strategies, and coordinating testing activities. Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring a team of QA testers. Developing test plans, strategies, and schedules. Reviewing requirements and design specifications to ensure testability. Establishing and enforcing QA standards and best practices. Managing defect tracking and resolution processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
