JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a dynamic, technically sound, and client-focused EHS Executive who can independently conduct EHS trainings, safety audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations across diverse industries. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be willing to travel extensively across India for client assignments. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about improving workplace safety through technical expertise, practical implementation, and employee engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EHS Training Conduct classroom and practical EHS training programs for industrial workforce and management. Deliver technical training on: Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) Fire Safety & Fire Prevention Work at Height Permit to Work (PTW) PPE Awareness Electrical Safety Emergency Response Incident Reporting & Investigation Prepare and customize training presentations, case studies, quizzes, and practical demonstrations. Evaluate participant competency and submit training reports. EHS Audits & Assessments Conduct comprehensive EHS audits across industrial facilities. Perform compliance assessments against applicable legal and industry standards. Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and compliance gaps. Prepare professional audit reports with observations, risk ratings, and recommendations. Assist clients in implementing corrective and preventive actions. Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment Conduct HIRA and JSA studies for operational activities. Facilitate risk assessment workshops. Develop risk registers and recommend suitable control measures. Review work methodologies from a safety perspective. Incident Investigation Conduct incident and near-miss investigations. Perform root cause analysis using recognized methodologies. Develop corrective and preventive action plans. Prepare professional investigation reports and client presentations. Conduct learning sessions based on investigation findings. Fire & Life Safety Conduct Fire Load Calculations. Perform Fire Safety Adequacy Assessments. Evaluate fire protection systems and emergency preparedness. Review emergency response arrangements and evacuation procedures. Recommend improvements based on applicable standards. Client Management Interact professionally with client representatives. Conduct opening and closing meetings. Present technical findings confidently. Build long-term client relationships through quality service delivery. Documentation Prepare the following reports and records: Audit Reports Training Reports Risk Assessment Reports Incident Investigation Reports Fire Assessment Reports Compliance Reports Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
