About the role
Manual QA Tester (Software Testing) Location: Mumbai (On-site Only) Experience: 12 Years Company: NorthStar Technologies International Ltd. NorthStar Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our growing technology team. If you're passionate about software quality, finding bugs, and delivering exceptional user experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities - Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications. - Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools. - Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing. - Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure high-quality software releases. - Prepare test cases, test scenarios, and test reports. - Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release. Requirements - 12 years of hands-on experience in Manual Software Testing. - Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and SDLC. - Experience writing test cases and reporting defects. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred. - Solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills. - Basic understanding of API testing or SQL is an added advantage. Eligibility Criteria - Only candidates currently residing in Mumbai should apply. - No relocation or remote applications will be considered.
