As part of our growing R&D team, youll help shape cutting-edge drone technology right from concept to deployment. We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to develop, analyze, and optimize control algorithms for dynamic systems. The role involves system modeling, controller design and tuning, performance analysis, sensor data evaluation, and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in control theory, dynamics, and digital control systems, along with basic Python programming skills and the ability to solve complex engineering problems in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding of control systems fundamentals, including system modeling, stability analysis, and controller design. Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling, simulation, and performance evaluation. Experience with PID controller design and tuning techniques, including practical methods for achieving desired system response. Good knowledge of discrete-time control systems, sampling theory, discretization methods, and digital control implementation. Understanding of rigid body dynamics and kinematics, including rotational and translational motion. Ability to analyze system performance, interpret test results, and identify root causes of control-related issues. Basic programming skills in Python for data analysis, simulation support, and automation tasks. Familiarity with sensor data processing, filtering techniques, and performance evaluation using recorded datasets. Knowledge of fundamental concepts in signal processing, linear algebra, and differential equations relevant to control applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering team. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Control Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. Exposure to embedded systems, real-time applications, or control algorithm implementation is an advantage. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is a plus.
