Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst at YesMadam, you will play a crucial role in driving business impact by leveraging data and insights to improve customer experience and product performance. Key Responsibilities: - Drive in-depth analysis of product features to identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements using data-driven insights. - Take ownership of dashboards and KPIs to monitor product performance across major customer journeys. - Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments for product features, ensuring statistical rigor and translating outcomes into actionable recommendations. - Monitor release success metrics for every product launch, track anomalies, bugs, and behavior shifts post-release, and build Tableau dashboards for reporting. - Utilize SQL, Python, and Tableau to build dashboards, automate pipelines, and extract insights, collaborating with Engineering/Data teams to enhance data quality. - Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on data and collaborate with Ops, Marketing, and CX teams to optimize key outcomes such as conversion, order frequency, NPS, and retention. - Communicate findings effectively with both business and technical teams to drive informed decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2C environment, with a strong background in product analytics and data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau for data analysis, visualization, and automation. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
