Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Purpose. Prepare, lead, execute and deliver best in class cyber security projects to add value to Nouryon. Key Accountabilities. Prepare, lead, execute and deliver cyber security projects, safe within defined scope, schedule, budget and dedicated quality. Select, lead, and develop the multifunctional project team. Apply and adhere to Nouryons project management methodology. Ensure compliance to company directives. Take owners role, bringing value to the business with accountability for project delivery. Project delivery & closure. Ensure readiness for Mechanical Completion and hand over to operations, evaluate and close project, identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents and hand over project to operations and/or line management and PMO. Result : Completion of project objectives, realization of deliverables, continuous improvement of project management skills, feedback relevant data to PMO and acceptance of end product by business. Relations Management. Build, maintain and utilize a network of inand external stakeholders/partners and represent the project within the organization. Result : Network is sustainable and accessible and contributes to project success. Project information. Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical progress, financial, risk and ad hoc reports and/or analyses to the project champion and the project Steering Committee. Result : Project information enables management and/or other stakeholders to make (timely) decisions and determine or adjust project plan. People Management and Development. (where applicable) . Attract, (functionally) lead, coach, appraise and develop employees, ensure staffing, and stimulate talent(management). Result : Project team is engaged, deployable (quantitative and qualitative) and capable of realizing the (department/team) objectives. Negotiations. Negotiate, strategically, technically, and financially consulted by procurement with internal and/or external parties, acquire approval and/or close contracts/SLAs and monitor compliance with contracts/SLAs. Result : Services of internal and/or external parties against reasonable quality and price. Specifics. Handover to operations. The Project Manager remains responsible for budget and schedule control, project final documentation and financial close-out. Relevant content experience in different multiple units of chemical plants, disciplines, locations (cultures international environment) and/or other companies. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cyber Security projects. More than 8 years project management experience. A minimum of 6 years relevant works experience in an international corporation. Significant relevant work experience and broad general knowledge of information security IT security management. Experience supporting and working on various cyber security technology projects such as SIEM, Logging tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, UEBA. Knowledge of authentication technologies such as privileged access management, Active Directory, etc . Knowledge of networking and networking protocols. Show more Show less
